About Pelukyta

Pelukyta is a Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) clown in Northern Virginia. He is available for Birthday parties, picnics, and all of your happy occasions. When Pelukyta comes to your party, he will put on a show including clown magic and games for children of all ages. He can also make balloons or do face painting.

History of Pelukyta

The character, Pelukyta, was born on April 12, 1983 at a big children's festival in Oruro, Bolivia. Since then, Pelukyta has been working for the smiles and happiness of those who follow his songs, games, and surprises. He starred on televised shows in Bolivia before coming to the United States.

Miguel Flores

Miguel Flores is Pelukyta and he is a member of the World Clown Association, Clowns of America International, Mid-Atlantic Clown Association, and Just Clowning Around of Northern Virginia. He has attended various clown camps and conventions including Mooseburger Clown Arts Camp and Clownfest.

His clowning helped create a family of clowns. His wife, Sonia, started out as an assistant doing puppets and characters. In 2006, Sonia created Wiggy the Clown and started performing at birthday parties and other events. Their daughter America is following in their steps and clowns as Moose.
